When Kevin Knox was chosen, he was not surprised — he already knew how highly the organization thought of him.

He bought them last week, on a lark. And when Spike Lee, the famous Knicks fans, summoned him and the family over on the floor of the Barclays Center after the pick, Knox Sr. told him that it had been no coincidence, that he had worn them for a reason.
